Для чего нужно техническое задание?
- Для понимания ваших предпочтений и учета ваших пожеланий.
Перед составлением ТЗ дизайнер задаст вам ряд вопросов, касающихся ваших стилистических и цветовых предпочтений в оформлении интерьера, функционального использования помещений и вашего представления о будущем устройстве и использовании помещения.
- Заказчику ТЗ позволит понять, что конкретно ему нужно, и требовать от исполнителя соответствия проекта всем пунктам технического задания.
- Исполнителю ТЗ позволит вникнуть в суть поставленной перед ним задачи, чтобы спланировать свои действия по работе над проектом.
- Техническое задание является приложением к договору, заключенному между заказчиком и исполнителем.
Эскизный проект раскрывает замысел дизайнера.
Дизайнер:
- Выезжает на объект для обмера;
- На основе обмеров чертит план помещений объекта;
- Обсуждает и согласовывает с заказчиком стилистическое и цветовое решение интерьера;
- Предлагает варианты планировки и предварительной расстановки мебели;
- Предоставляет заказчику коллажи - подобранные в единую иллюстрацию элементы будущего интерьера (материалы, мебель, светильники);
- Согласовывает с заказчиком выбранные элементы будущего интерьера и приступает к 3D визуализации объекта.
После утверждения планировки и коллажей мы создаем 3D-визуализации для каждого помещения с использованием подобранных материалов.
Будущий интерьер предстает перед вами не только в виде коллажей, но и трехмерно, каждое помещение в нескольких ракурсах.
Мы просчитываем полную стоимость всех материалов, мебели, заказных изделий.
Вместе с клиентом обсуждаем бюджет, согласовываем позиции и вносим корректировки.
Готовим ведомости отделки и наполнения проекта.
Параллельно готовим детально проработанные планы для подрядчиков.

Preparation of Technical Task
Whydo we need a technical task?
-To understand your goals and consider your preferences.
Before drawing up the TT, the designer will ask you a series of questions regarding your stylistic and color preferences in interior design, the functional use of the premises and your idea of its future look and use.
- The TT will allow the customer to reflect on what they are looking for, as well as help the contractor comply with the project’s finest details.
- The executor of the TT will have a clear vision of the task at hand.
- The terms task is an annex to the contract concluded between the customer and the contractor.
Preliminary design
The draft design reveals the designer's concept.
The designer will follow through with the following tasks:
- taking measurements at the local
- drawing a plan of the premises of the object
- discussing and agreeing upon the stylistic choices of the interior with the customer
- offering options for planning and preliminary arrangement of furniture
- providing the customer with collages
- elements of the future interior selected into a single illustration: materials, furniture, lamps, etc.
- coordinating the selected elements of the future interior and creating a 3D visualization of the object.
Visualization
After the layout and collages are approved, we create 3D visualizations for each room using selected materials.
You will be able to see the future interior of your premises in a three-dimensional image from different angles.
Selection of materials and other items
This service includes:
- calculating the full cost of all materials, furniture, and custom-made products
- negotiating the budget, layout and making necessary adjustments
- preparation of documentation pertaining to the finishing of the project.
Working documentation
We will prepare detailed plans for contractors, which include:
- measurement plan
- plans for the dismantling and installation of walls and internal partitions
- plans with the arrangement of furniture, equipment, and plumbing
- plans for finishing walls and laying out flooring
- plan for heated floors and installing heaters
- plans for ceilings and arranging lamps
- plan for arranging light switches and light switching groups

Project handover
The completed design project is transferred to the customer.
