Idea
The office of the construction company is located on the Neva embankment in a picturesque area of Saint Petersburg.
An impressive panorama of the city opens up through the picture windows. We wanted to repeat the lightness and airiness of the view outside the window and keep it in the interior.
To make standard glass office structures more interesting, we came up with our own system of metal structures, which also emphasizes the company's line of business.
Layout
The main priority in an office environment is the comfort and convenience of employees. After all, the office, as a kind of microcosm, affects the people working in it.
Guided by this thought, we made sure to create a comfortable workplace for each employee and organized one large meeting room. We have put in roller blinds to provide confidentiality for when it might be needed.
The kitchen area and the employee lounge areas are designed to seamlessly blend in and be easily accessible by the employees.
Materials
Finishing materials in such projects always dictate the corporate identity of the company and the budget.
In this case, profileless glass structures made up a
significant part of the budget.
The second component was modern furniture and lighting fixtures.
These are the components that create a productive working atmosphere, and if the company chooses to relocate, most items can be easily moved.
The rest of the materials are simple and standard for offices - self-leveling floor and wall painting. We chose the colors based on the corporate identity of the company. The open ceiling fits in well with the overall industrial concept. For greater harmony, we included it in the color composition.
